The goal of the project was to create a logo, a website, the whole visual identity and the online (and local) presence.

The Customer Space (prototype only) allows each client to have an overview of their contracts, their invoices with a way to pay them online and to participate in monthly contests.

The client also has the possibility to modify most of his personal information.

The Restaurant is located in a high traffic area of a Swiss city. The specialties are mainly grilled meat. Most of the customers have few time and require a fast service.

The Restaurant’s App promises the fastest ordering experience.

My role was to designed and executed the communication campaign, coordinated LinkedIn posts, and tracked engagement.

Homepage UX Rebuild

UX analysis revealed low retention and high bounce rates. Users weren't scrolling much and struggled to find the information they needed. Additionally, the page's visual complexity created friction for some visitors.

The project aimed to create a fast, intuitive homepage with clear, instantly accessible information. The design focused on being light and pleasant, while improving product and service recognition. A clear user journey with defined calls to action was also established.

With more events across Switzerland in multiple languages, a standardized process and efficient tracking system became essential. The project aimed to streamline planning and monitoring for better coordination between project leads.

As Marketing & Communication Project Manager at dbi services, I was responsible for designing the process, coordinating tasks, and managing all communications.

At dbi services, I contributed to YaK—a platform designed to quickly deploy multi-technology infrastructures with minimal effort. It addressed a key need to reduce time to market for both consultants and clients.

As Marketing Project Manager, I handled user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I focused on accessibility and created a clear, intuitive interface for managing infrastructures and components.
